A long cherished wish of the Rotterdam entrepreneur Willem Tieleman became a reality today. This morning, Willem signed the contract to purchase the Euromast.
The Rotterdam hotel-industry entrepreneur, Willem Tieleman, who we know as the former owner of Hotel New York, co-founder of the Water Taxi, as operator of the Euromast and also as the exclusive partner of Jamie Oliver’s restaurant group in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, is now the brand-new owner of the Euromast.
Willem Tieleman: ‘In 2003 I bought the rights for operation of the Euromast and we renewed the interior, the elevators and the entrance hall. I now plan to make her shine once again on the skyline of Rotterdam in the same way that she shines in the hearts of the people of Rotterdam’.
