UPDATE CORONA MEASURE
UPDATE 8/3/2021 The Covid-19 measures are extended until at least the 20th of April.
UPDATE 14/12/2020 Even though we had expected the new measures, the news that the Netherlands is going into lockdown is coming in hard. These new measures mean that the restaurant and lookout area will be closed until 19 January 2021.
We close the year 2020 and are looking forward to 2021. We hope that we will soon be able to welcome guests again and make them happy with our product and service.
For now we wish everyone happy holidays and a healthy 2021.
UPDATE 17/11/2020 The measures have been eased a little, which means that our viewing platforms and Euroscoop will be open again from 19 November. We are very happy to welcome you again.
If you would like to visit us, please book your ticket and time slot via the website. Watch the video below for the basic rules we still follow.
UPDATE 14/10/2020 The strengthened measures to reduce the coronavirus are now known. For the next 4 weeks – starting at 22.00 hours tonight – we will no longer be allowed to receive guests in our restaurant. Of course we are very sorry that we have to close this experience, but this does not mean that we cannot provide our guests with a nice snack, drink and a good dose of hospitality!
The viewing platform where you can enjoy the best view of the city of Rotterdam will remain open. Also the attraction “Euroscoop” will be open*. This is the rotating panoramic lift that gives you the feeling that you are “on top of the world”! *With the exception of technical and weather conditions.
We have developed a special treasure hunt for children to make a visit even more fun and exciting. In short, we make sure that during a visit to the Euromast, you will not be short of anything.
In our Deli restaurant on the ground floor are delicious to go refreshments available, also on the platform we make sure you can get a wet and a dry one. Enjoy a delicious hot chocolate in one hand, a crepe in the other and look your eyes out. So you see, all senses are stimulated!
We keep 1.5-meter distance from each other
By means of adapted capacity and an adapted routing with clear signing, we guarantee this 1.5-meter rule togethers with our visitors.
Face masks mandatory
From 1 December 2020, it will be mandatory to wear a face mask in all public indoor spaces. This means that the nose and mouth must be covered with a disposable, homemade or textile face mask. A splash screen or face shield are not permitted. If you have forgotten a face mask, you can buy one at the ticket desk. You do not have to wear a face mask on the platform (outside), but you do have to wear one when you go back inside. In our brasserie the masks are also mandatory, once you are seated at the table you can take them off.
Hygiene
The basic rules from the government remain in force. At the Euromast we provide extra disinfectants, we clean/desinfect regularly and make it possible for everyone to guarantee the 1.5 meters distance.
Staff
There is sufficient staff available to provide good service and answer questions. Upon entering we will also ask questions about your health. When in doubt, we can choose not to grant access. Please stay at home if you have a cold and/or fever.
Avoid crowds
We work with timeslots and a maximum capacity to ensure that it is possible for all our guests and employees to keep a distance of 1.5 meter at all times. Although we have thought carefully about routing, capacity, hygiene, distance and staff, we will have to do this together. Make sure that you be aware of each other all the time.
Online ticket sale
We no longer have ticket sale at the location. Please purchase your tickets online on this page and have it scanned on the day itself. The tickets are day and time bound.
Reservations
Access to the restaurant is on reservation only. Reserve your table for breakfast – coffee with cake – lunch – high tea – high wine or dinner. Take a look at the desired arrangement for more information. The tables in our restaurant are 1.5 meters apart. We still offer table service.
