TERMS AND CONDITIONS MOTHERSDAY FROM EUROMAST HORECA B.V. ROTTERDAM 2023

  • You purchase a ticket for mothersday on May 12 for brunch €45,- per person or high tea €39,50 from 12 years of age and €24.50 per person from 4 to 11 years of age.
  • You will be placed at 1 table per reservation. Maximum 13 people per reservation.
  • Arrival for the Mother's Day Brunch can be booked at any time between 09:30 and 10:30. The package lasts 1.5 hours.
  • Arrival for the Mother's Day High Tea can be booked at any quarter hour between 14:00 and 15:00. The package lasts 1.5 hours.
  • A window table is not guaranteed - all tables in our brasserie offer a nice view. 
  • Free cancellation is possible in writing up to and including 2 weeks prior.  You can cancel free of charge up to and including Sunday 28 April 2024. Your refund will be processed within 2 weeks.
  • For cancellations within 2 weeks of your reservation date until no later than 2 days prior, we will charge 50% of the package price. Your partial refund will be processed within 2 weeks.
  • For a no show or cancellation 2 days (or less) prior to your reservation, we will charge 100% of the total cost. You will not receive a refund.
  • Dietary requirements, allergies, cancellations and other details can be emailed to reserveringen@euromast.nl stating your arrangement name and date and your reservation number.
  • When booking, you also agree to the house rules and general terms and conditions.

An Mothersday arrangement includes free entrance to the lookout platforms and Euroscoop. The Euroscoop is always subject to weather and technical conditions. If the Euroscoop is not accessibel, you can visit our lookout platforms. There will be no refund.
