Please note: when changing your booking, adding a product, or selecting a more expensive time slot, an outstanding balance may arise. This amount cannot be paid via iDEAL. Payment can be made by credit card or Apple Pay.

Have you purchased a ticket or package from one of our partners? Click the button below, enter your reference/booking number and surname, and select a date and time slot for your visit to the platforms.

Do you have a package that includes the restaurant? This process only reserves access to the platforms. For the restaurant, you must always make a separate reservation with us (unless stated otherwise on your voucher).

Postcodeloterij

Do you have a discount voucher of the Postcode Loterij? Then you get a one-time 20% discount on admission to the observation deck.

On the voucher from Postcode Lottery there is a unique code, you need this to buy the tickets at a discount.

Click on book ticket and choose the ticket you want, go through the steps and enter the unique code at the end. The discount will be settled automatically.

iDEAL is available when making a new booking via the standard checkout, but not when amending or paying an existing balance.
