Great question! Our lifts take you up from the ground floor to the 100 metre platform in just 30 seconds. The total duration does of course also depend on how busy it is on any specific moment.

Is it safe to take a baby or toddler to the top?

It certainly is. Even for the youngest children, the Euromast is a wonderful experience. Don´t hesitate to bring them along, it´s safe and children up to 3 years of age get free access!

Can I bring my pet? And what about service dogs?

Pets cannot be taken into the Euromast, both on the platform and in the restaurant. Of course we do make an exception for service dogs. Kindly inform us in advance if you’ll bring your service dog, so we can anticipate. Our coffee corner at the ground floor does welcome pets inside.

WHEELCHAIR

Is the Euromast accessible for wheelchair users?

The observation platform at a 100 metre height, our restaurant and the restrooms are all wheelchair-accessible. A ride with the Euroscoop all the way to the top is unfortunately not possible. Also, please bear in mind that the platform has a rather high railing, which might be just too high for guests who are unable to get out of their wheelchair. Don’t worry though, our restaurant offers a stunning view as well!

Are there handicapped parking spots available?

Yes, 3 handicapped parking places are available at the Parkhaven street, right next to the Euromast.

You can view them on this map (Dutch website).

Can I buy a ticket at the reception?

Due to the coronavirus guidelines, we want to streamline access and facilitate a smooth visit for all our guests. This is why we currently only sell tickets online.

Do I need to print my ticket? Or can I show it on my smartphone?

Please show your ticket(s) on your smartphone. It’s easier and saves a lot of paper! Please do momentarily set your screen brightness to its maximum setting while your ticket is being scanned.

  • Any required payment will be settled at our reception desk

Do I get immediate access with my ticket?

We work hard to streamline visitor access with our online ticket sales, so most often you do get immediate access. Sometimes however, queues do occur, in which case we will call for visitors per group and scan their tickets. This normally proceeds quite rapidly, so you’ll enjoy a breath-taking view over Rotterdam in no-time.

What do I need to do if a storm is expected on the day of my scheduled visit?

Nobody can control the weather. If extreme weather conditions are predicted, we can always reschedule your ticket date. Please visit this page to change you ticket date.

I don’t see any available time slots on the date and time on which I want to visit. Are you really out of tickets?

If your preferred time slot is not available, this might have one of these reasons:

  • All tickets are sold out. The Euromast currently offers a maximum number of tickets per time slot, which means your preferred time might be unavailable. Our system always shows the up-to-date availability. We do not maintain a waiting list.
  • Our venue is closed. For our up-to-date opening hours, click here.

RESTAURANT

Must I reserve a separate entrance ticket, or does a table reservation suffice?

Upon reserving a table in our restaurant, we do not automatically reserve a time slot for your visit to the Euromast. Buy your entrance tickets upfront via this page.

Where do I go to if I reserved a table in the restaurant?

If you made reservations for a lovely brunch, lunch, high tea, high wine or dinner, please let our reception desk at the ground floor know you have arrived. Enjoy your meal!

Do I have access to the Euroscoop?

You also pay an entrance fee for the platforms and the Euroscoop. Please refer to the rates page for the entrance fees. If you are with a group of more than 11 people, you do not pay any entrance fee for the platforms. We charge a supplement for the Euroscoop.

Please bear in mind that the Euroscoop to the top is only available if technical and weather conditions allow it.

Do I visit the Euromast top before or after my visit to the restaurant?

We normally schedule your ride to the top after your restaurant visit. However, if this is inconvenient and you want to go before your restaurant visit, please ask our colleagues at the reception desk.

Does the restaurant rotate?

No, the restaurant does not. The Euroscoop however, is a rotating glass lift!

Can I also visit the restaurant to just have a drink?
