Holiday terms and conditions

Our Christmas Terms and Conditions:

• You are familiar with the price and fulfillment of your reserved package.

Christmas Brunch Buffet 12years+: €52.50 per person

Christmas Brunch Buffet Child from 4 to 11 years: € 29.50 per child

High Christmas buffet 12years+: €59.50 per person

High Christmas buffet Child from 4 to 11 years: € 32.50 per child

Christmas dinner 12years+: €150 per person

Christmas dinner Child from 4 to 11 years: € 50.00 per child

• We do not guarantee a table by the window, even on request this cannot be reserved. You will have beautiful views from every seat!
• Free cancellation is possible until no later than Sunday, December 10, 2023.Refund (of your deposit)will take place no later than the end of the first week of January 2024.
• For cancellations after December 10, 2023 but before December 18, 2023, we will charge 50% of the total reservation value.
• In the event of a no show or cancellation as of December 18, 2023, there will be no refund of the deposit.
• Changes to the menu are unfortunately not possible. Dietary requirements can be communicated in advance in the comments field.
• Admission on Christmas Day and Boxing Day is included in your package. You will be able to purchase a ticket for the Euroscoop on location. A ride at the Euroscoop is based on availability and subject to technical and weather conditions.

Our New Year’s Eve terms and conditions:

• The minimum age of all guests reserved for is 18.
• Payment for the package is made online at the time of booking. ( Arrangements: 235 per person for dinner & party & €150 per person for party only)
• Free cancellation is possible until no later than Sunday, December 17, 2023. Refund will take place no later than the first week of January.
• For cancellations after December 17, 2023 but before December 29, 2023, we will charge 50% of the package price.
• For a no show or cancellation 2 days (or less) prior to your reservation, we will charge 100% of the total cost.
• Changes to the menu are unfortunately not possible. Dietary requirements can be communicated in advance in the comments field.
• Admission is included in your package. A ticket for the Euroscoop can be purchased on site. A ride at the Euroscoop is based on availability and subject to technical and weather conditions. Are you coming just for the party? Then you will have access to the platforms of the Euromast at 00:00 to usher in the New Year, before that the platform is not accessible.
