I already have a ticket (through another provider)
Have you purchased a ticket and/or package from one of our partners? Then click on the button below, enter your reference/booking number and surname. Then choose a date & time for your visit to the platforms.
Did you buy a a ticket including an arrangement in the restaurant? Through this way, you only book a visit to the platforms. For the restaurant, reservations should always be made with us unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
- Select a time slot for your visit to the Euromast via the “choose date and time” button
- Enter your reference/booking number and last name. Then choose a date time for your visit to the platforms.
- Select your desired arrival time and download your tickets.
Rotterdampass
There is no need to reserve a time slot in advance, your pass is your ticket! Scan the barcode at the gates and at the Euroscope to gain access.
Postcodeloterij
On the voucher from Postcode Lottery there is a unique code, you need this to buy the tickets at a discount.
Click on book ticket and choose the ticket you want, go through the steps and enter the unique code at the end. The discount will be settled automatically.

Via Manage My Booking and Pay Balance, you can pay using:

iDEAL is available when making a new booking via the standard checkout, but not when amending or paying an existing balance.
