Have you purchased a ticket and/or package from one of our partners? Then click on the button below, enter your reference/booking number and surname. Then choose a date & time for your visit to the platforms.
Did you buy a a ticket including an arrangement in the restaurant? Through this way, you only book a visit to the platforms. For the restaurant, reservations should always be made with us unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
I bought tickets through an external partner, how can I book?
- Select a time slot for your visit to the Euromast via the “choose date and time” button
- Enter your reference/booking number and last name. Then choose a date & time for your visit to the platforms.
- Select your desired arrival time and download your tickets.
I have purchased a package for at the restaurant through an external partner, how can I make a reservation?
Did you buy a package in combination with, for example, a high tea or dinner? Then follow these steps:
- Select a time slot for your visit to the Euromast via the “choose date and time” button
- Enter your reference/booking number and last name. Then choose a date & time for your visit to the platforms.
- Select your desired arrival time and download your tickets.
- Then reserve a table in the restaurant via this page.
Rotterdampass
Do you have a Rotterdam Pass? Then you are entitled to one-time free access to the platforms and Euroscoop.
Do I need to reserve a time slot in advance?
There is no need to reserve a time slot in advance, your pass is your ticket! Scan the barcode at the gates and at the Euroscope to gain access.
Can I reserve a time slot if I want to?
Prefer to make reservations? You can too! Using the link below, enter your six-digit # pin code and last name, choose a time slot and download your tickets. Don’t have a pincode? Then go to the Rotterdampas website to create one.
Postcodeloterij
Do you have a discount voucher of the Postcode Loterij? Then you get a one-time 20% discount on admission to the observation deck.
How can I book with the zip code lottery promotion?
On the voucher from Postcode Lottery there is a unique code, you need this to buy the tickets at a discount.
Click on book ticket and choose the ticket you want, go through the steps and enter the unique code at the end. The discount will be settled automatically.
Vacation Passport
Are you in possession of a Holiday Passport? Click on the button below an choose the desired tickets, follow the steps and enter the unique code at the end. The discount is automatically deducted. Note: You can redeem discount for a maximum of one child and one adult.
