House Rules

Together we will make it a top-notch experience!

‘The Dutch Code’ consists of rights and duties. In it we worked with the prevailing norms and values. In the Euromast, we have rules that most people take for granted. To avoid misunderstandings, here are the Euromast’s house rules.

  • The Euromast reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals to ensure the safety of other guests and staff.
  • Children under 18 can only visit the Euromast with a companion over 18.
  • Entry to the Euromast is allowed only with a valid admission ticket. The right of admission ends upon leaving the Euromast.
  • Visitors may only enter designated areas.
  • It is prohibited to enter the Euromast with skates, scooters or other vehicles except wheelchairs or strollers.
  • The Euromast reserves the right to change opening days and/or hours during the season.
  • Pets are not allowed in the Euromast, only assistance dogs.

  • You can use coat racks at various places in the Euromast. Use of the coat racks is at your own risk. The Euromast cannot be held responsible for damage and/or theft.

  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted outside the designated areas. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the platforms.
  • The use of glassware is not allowed on the platforms.
  • Persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotics may be denied entry.
  • Smoking is not permitted throughout the Euromast. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area.
  • Consumption of self-brought food and beverages is not permitted in or on the Euromast.
  • If swearing, yelling, discrimination or causing a nuisance in any other way, you may be called to account for this behavior; if repeated, you will be denied access to the building.
  • Physically or verbally abusive behavior toward other visitors and/or employees of the Euromast is not acceptable. Guests guilty of such behavior will be immediately removed from the Euromast.

Use of equipment

  • Recording crews can only make recordings on the Euromast with prior permission from the Marketing & Communications Department. Filming and photography is only allowed from the panorama platforms. For all other locations, explicit written permission applies and only under the supervision of an authorized employee. Here the film agreement must be presented upon arrival at the Euromast.
  • Het gebruik van geluidsapparatuur of ander elektronisch apparatuur is zonder schriftelijke toestemming niet toegestaan in, op of om de Euromast.

  • Euromast does not accept any liability for any damage suffered by the guest, unless such damage is the direct result of intent or gross negligence on the part of Euromast or any of its employees.
  • If you cause damage to the Euromast in any way, you may be held liable for the damage suffered.
  • The Euromast accepts no liability for loss and/or theft of goods you have brought onto the premises.
  • If you are harmed or injured, you must notify the information desk before departure. The Euromast is not liable if the notification takes place after you have left the premises.
