Abseiling

• Euromast Horeca B.V., as well as the management and employees of team abseilen, Abseilen.nl and related companies;
• The Euromast reserves the right to refuse participants to descend without providing reasons;
• The undersigned: the participant who has signed the waiver prior to the Activity and is at least sixteen (16) years old. For participants aged 16 to 18 years, a legal parent or guardian must co-sign for consent;
• Participants must be present 30 minutes before the start of the Activity;
• In case of absence at the agreed abseiling time, there will be no refund or alternative time available; The same applies in case of refusal by the participant (e.g., due to sudden onset of fear, etc.);
• The participant is aware that taking photos/filming within the restricted area for safety reasons is prohibited. If the participant does so, access to the Activity will be immediately or subsequently denied;
• Furthermore, the participant grants permission to take photos and publish them on the website www.nabestellen.nl. The photos will remain public until 1 month after the end of the event.
• Be familiar with the terms and conditions.

ON THE DAY ITSELF

• Parking is available at Parkhaven, with only 1 parking meter present. Ensure you arrive on time. TIP: Download the EasyPark NL app on your phone to avoid long lines at the parking meter;
• Abseiling is done with empty pockets, no bags, or other loose items. Belongings will be left on the platform with the instructors.
• Non-abseilers will pay the regular admission fee for Euromast.
• Ensure you wear trousers and flat shoes. In case of rain, wind, and cold, we recommend wearing a (rain) jacket or warm sweater. he materials we use are certified and undergo multiple inspections throughout the year. It is not allowed to use personal materials (such as belts).
• Wear good (clean) shoes, no slippery soles. Long hair? Long hair? Put it in a braid or ponytail.

• The reservation is immediately final. Reduction or cancellation of reserved times is not possible after reservation.
• The abseiling day will be canceled if the minimum number of registrations is not met (30 people). In case of cancellation, you will receive an email notification by Thursday afternoon prior to the booked weekend.
• In case of rain and wind, abseiling will proceed as scheduled. If the weather forecast does not permit abseiling, you will be informed in advance via email or phone. Abseiling will not take place in wind force 8, and in case of thunderstorms, abseiling will be canceled. Participants will always be informed if abseiling cannot proceed.
• If the weather on the day itself is too severe, we will always contact you by phone.
• If unforeseen circumstances make it necessary, Euromast reserves the right to adjust the reserved time and discuss this over the phone.
