TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EUROMAST HORECA BV IN ROTTERDAM 2024
- You purchase a ticket for mothersday on May 12 for brunch €45,- per person or high tea €39,50 from 12 years of age and €24.50 per person from 4 to 11 years of age.
- You will be placed at 1 table per reservation. Maximum 13 people per reservation.
- Arrival for the Mother’s Day Brunch can be booked at any time between 09:30 and 10:30. The package lasts 1.5 hours.
- Arrival for the Mother’s Day High Tea can be booked at any quarter hour between 14:00 and 15:00. The package lasts 1.5 hours.
- A window table is not guaranteed – all tables in our brasserie offer a nice view. We will make a restaurant layout in the brasserie on the day.
- Free cancellation is possible in writing up to and including 2 weeks prior. You can cancel free of charge until Sunday, April 28, 2024. Your refund will be processed within 2 weeks.
- For cancellations within 2 weeks of your reservation date up to 2 days prior, we will charge 50% of the package price. Your partial refund will be processed within 2 weeks.
- For a no show or cancellation 2 days (or less) prior to your reservation, we will charge 100% of the total cost. You will not receive a refund.
- Dietary requirements, allergies, cancellations and other details can be emailed to [email protected] stating your arrangement name and date and your reservation number.
- You also agree to the house rules and terms and conditions when booking.
