General conditions
1. Ticketverkoop & Refund
- ‘You cannot request a refund for the purchase of your entrance tickets. However, it is possible to move your time slot of your reservation to another time at any time via this link.
- With the exception, there will only be a refund on the purchase of your ticket to the Euroscoop in the event of unforeseen weather and technical conditions that prevent you from using the Euroscoop.
- The refund in this case will automatically take place within 7 days for tickets purchased online including Euroscoop.
- If you purchased a combination ticket, there will only be a refund for the Euroscoop section. If you still want to use your combination ticket, you can rebook it online to another date free of charge.

- The Euromast reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals to ensure the safety of other guests and staff.
- Persons under 18 can only visit the Euromast with a companion over 18 years of age.
- Entry to the Euromast is allowed only with a valid admission ticket. The right of admission ends upon leaving the Euromast.
2. General
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the following terms and conditions apply to all our reservations and services.
3. Definitions
In each case, the following words mean the following.
3.1 The Euromast
Euromast Horeca B.V. (KVK 24342655, BTW 881354829B01)2.2 Dienst
The provision by the Euromast of accommodation and/or food and/or drink and/or the provision of (hall) space, all with all related activities and services, and all in the broadest sense of the word.
3.3 Reservation value
The total value of Euromast’s sales to this agreement.
3.4 Cancellation
The notice given in written form by the customer to the Euromast that all or part of one or more agreed services will not be used
3.5 No-show
Failure of a customer to use a service to be provided under this agreement without cancellation.
3.6 Group (12 to 19 people)
A party to whom one or more services are to be provided by the Euromast pursuant to this or related agreements at the Euromast.
3.7 Partij
A party of 20 persons or more and/or an activity for which one or more services are provided by the Euromast pursuant to this or agreements related to this agreement and/or for which a space in the Euromast is exclusively reserved.
4. Options
Options are granted with a predetermined expiration date. An option that is not converted into an actual reservation by the customer before the expiration date will be deemed to have expired without any notice of cancellation being required by the Euromast.
5. Establishment of agreement
The Euromast has the right to refuse guests, customers and/or those accompanying them access to the Euromast as well as the provision of services, if in its estimation normal/orderly/safe business operations require this.
All offers and quotations made by the Euromast are without obligation and subject to reservation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Agreements for (a) guest(s) or customer(s), entered into by intermediaries, whether or not in the name of their relation, are deemed to have also been entered into for the account and risk of this intermediary. The Euromast does not owe any commission or commission to intermediaries unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation
The Customer is not authorized to cancel a contract with the Euromast unless at the same time he irrevocably offers to pay the amounts specified below to the Euromast. Any cancellation shall be deemed to include such an offer. Such an offer shall be deemed accepted if the Euromast does not immediately reject it. Cancellation shall be in writing and dated.
6.1 No-show
In case of no-show, the customer will be obliged to pay the reservation value in all cases.
6.2 Suites
For the Suites, the following applies to cancellation of a reservation:
- In the event of cancellation more than 14 days before the time when, under this agreement, the first service is to be provided, further referred to as “the commencement date,” the customer shall not be obliged to pay any compensation to the Euromast.
- In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the effective date, the customer is obliged to pay the Euromast a compensation of 50% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation more than 2 days from the effective date, the customer is obliged to pay the Euromast a compensation of 75% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation less than two days from the effective date, the customer is obliged to pay the Euromast a compensation of 100% of the reservation value.
6.3 Room rental
When a reservation has been made for a customer’s exclusive use of a room for a specific time, in the event of cancellation of the
reservation the following:
- When a suite is reserved in conjunction with an exclusive reservation of one or more halls, the suite reservation automatically expires upon cancellation of the hall.
- In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the commencement date, the customer is not obliged to pay any compensation to the Euromast.
- In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the start date, the customer is obliged to pay Euromast a compensation of 50% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the start date, the customer is obliged to pay the Euromast a compensation of 75% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the effective date, the customer is obliged to pay the Euromast 100% of the reservation value.
6.4 Groups
When a reservation is made for a group then the following applies in case of cancellation of that reservation:
- In the event of cancellation more than 14 days before the time when, under this agreement, the first service is to be provided, further referred to as “the commencement date,” the customer shall not be obliged to pay any compensation to the Euromast.
- In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the start date, the customer is obliged to pay the Euromast a compensation of 50% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation more than 2 days from the effective date, the customer is obliged to pay the Euromast a compensation of 75% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation less than two days from the effective date, the customer is obliged to pay the Euromast a compensation of 100% of the reservation value.
6.5 Parties
If a reservation has been made for a party then the following applies to cancellation of this reservation:
- In case of cancellation more than 2 months before the start date, the customer is not obliged to pay the Euromast any compensation.
- In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the commencement date, the customer is obliged to pay the Euromast a compensation of 25% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the commencement date, the customer is obliged to pay the Euromast a compensation of 50% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the start date, the customer is obliged to pay the Euromast a compensation of 75% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the commencement date, the customer is obliged to pay the Euromast a compensation of 100% of the reservation value.
7. Payment terms
a. Euromast is entitled to demand an advance payment with respect to its services, as well as an interim payment for services already rendered. b. Payment for services to be performed or rendered shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing, be made immediately by debit or credit card.
c. All our services require immediate payment on the day/evening of the reservation date. We only accept PIN and credit card
8. Payments.
d. Subsequent payments will be subject to a €7.50 (including VAT) administration fee.
Subsequent payments will be collected by one-time direct debit order within 14 days of the reservation date. The administration fee and collection order, in the case of payment in arrears, are an integral part of the contract and are confirmed only in the contract.
e. If and insofar as the customer fails to pay on time, he/she will be in default without any notice of default being required. In that case, he must reimburse Euromast for all judicial and extrajudicial costs relating to collection. The extrajudicial costs are set at a minimum of 20% of the principal sum with a minimum of € 150.00, plus VAT.
f. If the customer defaults, he shall pay to Euromast interest on the amount due equal to 2% above the legal interest rate. Part of a month shall be counted as a whole month when calculating the interest. Finally, Euromast shall have a right of retention on all items present in the Euromast by or on behalf of the customer.
9. Applicable law and disputes.
a. All claims of the customer shall expire one year from the time they arise.
b. The invalidity of one or more of the clauses in these general terms and conditions shall not affect the validity of all other clauses. Should a
clause in these general terms and conditions invalid for any reason, then the parties shall be deemed to have agreed on a valid replacement clause
that approximates the invalid clause in scope and scope as much as possible.
10. Liability
Euromast is never liable for any damage suffered by the customer, guest and/or third parties unless the damage is the direct result of intent or gross negligence on the part of the Euromast. In particular, this exclusion of liability also applies to damage caused by consuming food prepared or served by the Euromast and to damage caused by computer problems. If mandatory law allows only a less far-reaching limitation of liability, this less far-reaching limitation will apply.
11. Price Changes
Euromast reserves the right to adjust applicable prices.
12. Accessibility Information
-People with epilepsy are advised to exercise caution because of the light show at the Euroscope.
-The Euroscope is not wheelchair accessible due to the elevation.
